I'm seriously in shock right now, I can't believe how ridiculous they are making AV. Balinda change, fine I don't care.
Now they want to move the horde cave back to 'balance' AV more. Whatever.
The BIGGEST imbalance right now, and I mean massive imbalance that always results in alliance zerg wins, is the base NPC's. Horde have about a million, archers who destroy anyone who tries to enter, elite NPCs, normal NPCs with elite-level health. You can't ninja their GY because archers hit you.
What about alliance side? They hop the fence, ride up through our base, eat a single 2 arrows in the back for 1500 damage, then go and kill 4 fairly easy mobs and capture our AS.
What happens when horde tries the same thing? Well from halfway across the bridge we start eating arrows hard, we ride to the aid station, but we don't even get there because we literally do die from all the arrows hitting us. We can't pull the 4 NPC's around the flag because we aggro NPC's and elites, and even if somehow we survived and hit the flag, we're down to 1400hp before even touching it. Now imagine you somehow killed those 4 GY guarding mobs, with 1400hp, with archers hitting you-- you still can't capture the AS because of the archers. Convenient how we take 10k damage from arrows riding through your base while you take 1500. Convenient how we can't even cap the AS until we have both bunkers with all
Yet with all this stupid imbalance, we see yet another nerf to the horde. It's really pathetic how much Blizz tries handicap AV in favor of the alliance, why not make it symetrical? Why balance balinda/galv yet ignore the most significant horde issue? Why move the cave in favor of 'balance' but keep so many NPCs/archers in the alliance base? Wheres the base defense for horde?
